About
RETRO needed a more structured and efficient way to manage daily operational workflows across its webshop, physical branches, customer service, and internal administration. We developed a custom web application that allows the team to track claims, returns, and exchanges, monitor the status of each case, and keep communication between branches organized in one place. Branches can send, receive, and transfer orders between each other, while every action is recorded and visible through the system. Beyond claims and exchanges, we also created a set of automation tools for the webshop office. These tools help speed up webshop order processing, product image preparation, ERP-related workflows, and the creation of shipping labels for online orders. The result is a practical internal platform that reduces repetitive manual work, improves traceability, and gives RETRO better control over daily retail and e-commerce operations.

RETRO is a retail and e-commerce company with a high volume of daily operational tasks across webshop orders, branch communication, customer claims, product assets, and internal records. The goal was to build a custom internal platform that would make these workflows faster, more organized, and easier to track. Instead of relying on manual processes and scattered communication, RETRO needed a centralized system for key webshop and branch operations.
Claims & Exchange Tracking
We developed a custom web app that allows the RETRO team to record, manage, and track customer claims, returns, and exchanges. Each case can be followed through its status, notes, branch location, customer details, order information, and next required action. This gives the team a clear overview of what is pending, what is completed, and which branch is responsible for the next step.
Branch Communication & Order Transfers
The platform allows RETRO branches to communicate more efficiently and transfer orders between each other through a structured workflow. When an order or request is moved from one branch to another, the action is recorded in the system. This improves internal visibility, reduces confusion, and creates a reliable history of branch-to-branch operations.
Webshop Order Processing Automation
We built tools that help automate and speed up webshop order processing. The system supports the webshop office by reducing repetitive administrative tasks, improving order handling, and making daily e-commerce operations more efficient. This allows the team to process a larger number of orders with more consistency and less manual work.
Product Image Workflow Tools
We created internal tools for preparing, processing, and optimizing product images for the webshop. These tools help the team handle product visuals faster, keep image output more consistent, and prepare assets in formats suitable for online use. This improves the content workflow and reduces the time needed to prepare products for publishing.
ERP & Internal Process Support
The platform also supports ERP-related workflows and internal process automation. We created tools that help connect daily webshop operations with internal business processes, making it easier to organize data, prepare records, and complete repetitive tasks that were previously handled manually.
Faster Label Creation for Web Orders
We improved the workflow for creating shipping labels for webshop orders. The label creation process was optimized to reduce repetitive input, speed up order preparation, and make the dispatch workflow more efficient for the webshop team.
