About
Q-Sit needed a modern digital experience that could better represent the quality of their furniture, interior design direction, and brand positioning. Their previous website was built on WordPress and no longer provided the level of performance, flexibility, and visual quality the brand needed. We redesigned the full website experience and rebuilt it using Next.js and React, creating a faster, more refined, and more scalable platform. The project included a complete UI/UX redesign, frontend development, backend structure, and a custom admin panel that allows the Q-Sit team to manage content, track users, update website sections, and prepare the platform for more advanced product presentation features. We also opened the possibility for adding 3D models, allowing Q-Sit to expand the website into a more interactive digital showroom in the future.

q-sit.ba/Project Overview
Q-Sit is a premium furniture and interior brand that needed a stronger and more modern digital presence. The goal was to move away from the limitations of their old WordPress website and create a custom platform that looks cleaner, performs faster, and gives the brand more control over content, users, and future digital experiences.
Website Redesign
We created a complete redesign of the Q-Sit website with a focus on clean layouts, premium visual presentation, strong product imagery, and a smoother browsing experience. The new interface was designed to better communicate the quality of the brand, highlight furniture collections, present references, and create a more refined digital experience for customers exploring Q-Sit products and interiors.
Migration from WordPress to Next.js
The old WordPress setup was replaced with a modern Next.js and React architecture. This gave the website better performance, cleaner code structure, improved scalability, and more flexibility for future features. The new platform is built to support a stronger digital presence without the limitations of a traditional WordPress system.
Custom Admin Panel
We built a custom admin panel that gives the Q-Sit team control over their website content and internal digital operations. Through the admin system, the team can manage content, update website sections, add new materials, monitor user activity, and prepare new content without relying on a generic CMS workflow.
User Tracking & Content Management
The platform includes tools for tracking website users and understanding how visitors interact with the website. Alongside user tracking, the admin panel allows Q-Sit to add and manage content more efficiently, giving the brand a stronger internal workflow for keeping the website updated.
Future 3D Product Experience
We opened the possibility for adding 3D models to the platform, allowing Q-Sit to expand the website beyond static product presentation. This creates a foundation for future interactive product previews, 3D furniture showcases, and a more immersive digital showroom experience.
The Result
The final result is a faster, cleaner, and more scalable digital platform that better matches the quality of the Q-Sit brand. By moving from WordPress to a custom Next.js and React setup, Q-Sit now has a modern website, stronger content control, user tracking capabilities, and a technical foundation ready for advanced features such as 3D product models.
