About

MB-Metal needed more than a standard company website. The goal was to create a digital platform that presents their metal door production in a premium, technical, and interactive way. We built a complete web experience around their core product: custom metal doors. The website introduces the brand through a strong visual identity, structured service sections, project-oriented content, and an interactive 3D door-opening animation triggered by scrolling. The central part of the project is a custom door configurator that allows users to build their own metal door by choosing dimensions, opening direction, panels, dividers, colors, handles, glass, locking systems, and other options. Once a configuration is completed, the admin receives a detailed, fully dimensioned technical plan that can be used internally for review, pricing, and production preparation. Alongside the public website, we developed a custom admin panel that gives MB-Metal control over project content, configurator options, customer requests, and generated door plans.

Project Overview

MB-Metal is a manufacturer of custom metal doors that needed a stronger digital presence and a more advanced way to present their products online. We created a complete website experience that combines brand presentation, product storytelling, technical clarity, and interactive functionality. The platform was built to help customers understand MB-Metal’s capabilities while giving the company a more professional and scalable digital sales tool.

Website Design & Development

The website was designed with a dark, industrial, and premium visual direction to match the strength and precision of the MB-Metal brand. We created all core website sections, including the homepage, about content, product presentation, project-focused areas, and clear calls to action. The interface was structured to feel modern and technical, while still being easy to navigate for customers looking for custom metal doors.

Scroll-Based 3D Door Animation

To make the website more immersive, we implemented a 3D door-opening animation that reacts to the user’s scroll. This interaction brings the product to life directly on the website and creates a stronger first impression. Instead of presenting the door as a static product, the experience allows visitors to visually engage with the design and understand the product in motion.

Custom Door Configurator

We developed a custom configurator that allows users to create their own metal door online. Users can adjust key product options such as dimensions, opening direction, fixed panels, dividers, colors, handles, glass, locking systems, thresholds, and other configuration details. The configurator gives customers a clear and interactive way to define what they need before sending an inquiry.

Admin Panel & Technical Plan Generation

Behind the configurator, we built a custom admin workflow for MB-Metal. When a user submits a configuration, the admin receives all selected options together with a fully dimensioned technical plan. This gives the MB-Metal team a clear internal overview of the requested door, including measurements and configuration details needed for review, pricing, and production preparation. The admin panel also allows the team to manage content, configurator settings, customer requests, and project data from one place.

The Result

The final platform gives MB-Metal a professional digital presence and a practical sales tool in one system. The website presents the brand with confidence, the 3D animation creates a memorable product experience, and the configurator turns customer interest into structured, production-ready inquiries.
